Rather than fitting your animals into a schedule of visits, I share everyday life with them while you’re away—meals, walks, play, naps, conversation, outings and plenty of ordinary time together.
Over a longer stay, we get to know one another. Your pets learn to trust me, I come to know them, and very often, we fall a little bit in love.
For some homeowners, that’s exactly what’s needed: a trustworthy person actually staying in the house while they’re away.
For others, Home Stewardship includes greater attention to household routines, plants, service providers, repairs, ongoing projects or unexpected needs from a distance.
What makes this particular dog happy? A long morning outing? A favorite ball? A beach? A leisurely neighborhood walk and sniffing followed by an excellent nap?
Does this cat want conversation and company—or would she prefer to conduct a lengthy background investigation before deciding whether I’m acceptable?

Animals enrich my days enormously, and I want their days with me to be happy ones too.
I genuinely enjoy tending to homes and the things people leave in my care. Beauty, order and looking after things along the way come naturally to me.
